From Wiktionary under the GNU Free Documentation License. Dairy products are generally defined as foods produced from cow's or domestic buffalo's milk. They are usually high-energy-yielding food products. A production plant for such processing is called a dairy or a dairy factory. Raw milk for processing mostly comes from cows and to a lesser amount from domestic buffalos , but occasionally from other mammals such as goats, sheep, yaks, or horses. Dairy products are commonly found in European, Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine, whereas they are almost unknown in East Asian cuisine. I've noticed that my teeth are shakey like baby teeth when i feel them and one's kind of sore but maybe that's because i knawed on raw broccoli today and ate three oranges ( i heard citric foods can wear out the enamel) I don't know. Are there any ways i can strengthen my teeth without going to a dentist? What to do about this? Can i still have my three oranges a day? Asked by Charming Sociopath - Sat Sep 26 12:47:23 2009 - - 4 Answers - 0 Comments A. The vegan diet may have something to do with it. Not to push you into something you don't believe in, but there are essential vitamins and minerals found in animal products that you need to search for much more carefully if you're vegan. Be sure to get help with your diet first, you may be missing something important. Otherwise it may be a gum disease. Just make sure if you use whole quinoa you rinse it well before cooking - it can sometimes naturally have a white powdery coating that is very bitter. Rinsing until the water is clear solves this problem easily. Quinoa is also available as flakes or flour, but I love using the whole grain. You can cook it in water or any kind of broth.
